The King of Kong: A Fistful of Quarters
A friend at work told me I need to see this movie because it is hilarious. All he told me is that it is a documentary about a man who sets out to break the world record score in Donkey Kong. Yes, the same Donkey Kong you grew up playing on your Atari 2600. It’s only in limited release, but it is showing at the Inwood Theatre in Dallas, so I will try to catch it soon. Make sure you watch to the end of the credits!!

PSEUDO-SPOILER ALERT
The story is well-told. It really makes it seem like Weibe is David fighting against the Goliath that is Twin Galaxies and Miller’s record. Ultimately, he wins your heart.
“Billy Miller is the best screen villain since Darth Vader,” is what my friend at work told me. I won’t go that far, but he is spectacular.
If you’re curious, Weibe broke Miller’s record (as shown at the end of the film). Miller has since re-set the record with the first ever live-million.
